Are you a college senior or a recent graduate approaching the job search? Are you an "early careerist" exploring your first job change? If so, BPI group offers workshops and individual coaching designed to help! Our approach is unique. While our program focuses on the key aspects of the job search (such as interviewing, networking, résumé development and technology), we also realize that you need to understand who you are to be happy and successful. We help early careerists like yourself to identify:
- Passions, interests, needs and direction
- The skills, values, experiences, accomplishments and characteristics they bring to the marketplace
- How to "sell" themselves in the job market
The Workshop
Our workshop is a one day, interactive and facilitated discussion with other students and early careerists that helps you to be more focused, directed and connected in both your job search and your career planning processes. You will leave the workshop with:
- Stronger clarity of your strengths, skills and motivators
- An identification of the expertise that you carry with you into the marketplace
- A better focus on your job search and career direction
- The ability to translate your "offer" into a compelling marketing message
- A job search framework that integrates résumé development, networking, interviewing and technology
Individual Coaching
Our one-on-one coaching provides the opportunity for four meetings with a BPI group coach to build an individual job search and career plan. Introductions to individual "mentors" for the purpose of building relationships, gaining discipline specific knowledge and networking for job opportunities are also included.
